Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CreatorRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using CreatorRM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

CreatorRM is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing CRM, content intelligence, website building, communications, and AI-powered automation tools. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each workspace is isolated and access is controlled by a zero-trust access layer. You must not share access tokens or bypass authentication mechanisms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to create a workspace, purchase a subscription, or join the affiliate program. People you invite to a workspace must be at least 16. CreatorRM is a business tool. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 for any purpose). If we learn that we have, we delete it and close the account.

To protect account security, we limit each account to 6 concurrent device sessions. If you exceed this limit, the most recent login attempt will be rejected until an existing session expires (24 hours of inactivity) or is cleared. We may also restrict access from certain geographic regions that pose elevated security risks.

4. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our subscription payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time.

Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period, at the price shown at checkout plus applicable taxes, and keep renewing until you cancel. Any first-month credit or access-code period applies to the first billing period only. Add-ons (AI packs, memory packs, and extra seats) are billed monthly and renew with your subscription. We ask for your express consent to these terms before you subscribe.

Cancelling. You can cancel online at any time in Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription (if your workspace is billed through the billing portal, you finish there via Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and are not charged again. You do not need to contact us to cancel.

That subscription rail is how you pay CreatorRM. It is not how your customers pay you. Optional workspace checkout (paid bookings, products, recurring, or payouts) uses a separate payment partner when your workspace connects one. See Workspace payments.

Overage charges (for usage beyond plan limits) are billed at the published rates. You can set a monthly spending cap for overages in your workspace settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CreatorRM for: illegal activities, harassment, distribution of malware, unauthorized access to systems, sending spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws including the DPPA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or generate through CreatorRM. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6a. Optional AI Training

Letting us use your content to improve our AI is optional, and it is off unless you turn it on. You can say yes with the separate checkbox at sign up, or later in Settings, AI Memory, under "Help improve CreatorRM AI". Agreeing to these Terms does not by itself give us permission to use your content for AI training.

If you turn it on for a workspace, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the prompts you send to CreatorRM's AI features in that workspace, the results those features produce, and any edits you make to those results, to train, fine-tune, and evaluate CreatorRM's own AI models and features, including custom model adapters for your workspace. Before any of it is used in a training run, we remove or mask common personal identifiers, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment card numbers, and street addresses. Automated de-identification is not perfect, so please do not turn this on for content you cannot share with us for this purpose. We do not sell this content, and we do not use it to train other companies' AI models.

You can withdraw your consent at any time in the same setting. Withdrawing stops new collection right away, and content collected earlier is not used in any new training run while consent is off. Models trained before you withdrew may keep what they already learned. A workspace whose contract excludes AI training is never included, whatever this setting says. Turning this on or off requires a workspace owner or admin, and you confirm you have the rights and any permissions needed for the content you include, including content about other people.

7. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime on a global edge network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data.

7b. Google Workspace Integration

CreatorRM integrates with Google Workspace APIs (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) to enable document import and creation. By connecting your Google account:

  • You authorize CreatorRM to access, create, and manage files in your Google account as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. CreatorRM is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Google accounts.
  • You may disconnect Google integration at any time through workspace settings, which immediately revokes CreatorRM's access.
  • CreatorRM's use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving the features you use. We do not use Google data for advertising or transfer it to unrelated third parties.
  • Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Google Workspace features follow the current Creator, Studio, and Agency plan line-up. Feature availability may change with plan updates. Grandfathered legacy tiers, if any, keep access as described in the dashboard Terms.

7c. SMS & Text Messaging

If you opt in on our signup form or affiliate application, CreatorRM will send you SMS/text messages of the specific kind described at the point you opted in (account/booking notifications, or affiliate-program updates). We do not currently offer a general marketing SMS program. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. 7d. Bring Your Own Key (not a payment rail)

BYOK for AI means you supply a model-provider API key. That vendor bills you; their terms govern prompts sent with your key. BYOK for calling/texting means you supply a telephony account. Neither is a substitute for connecting a workspace payment partner, and neither processes your customers' card payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorRM's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including repeat copyright infringers. Upon termination, your workspace is archived, not deleted, and we can restore it if you ask. We permanently erase your data only when you send us a verified erasure request under privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA. You can export your data at any time.
