Workspace payments

Paying CreatorRM

Your Creator, Studio, or Agency subscription is billed by our subscription payment processor. CreatorRM does not store full card numbers for that checkout.

Your customers paying you

When your workspace connects our workspace payment partner, that partner is the merchant of record for those charges: they collect and store payment data. CreatorRM provides the software (booking holds, connect status, checkout handoff). We do not claim every paid booking, recurring plan, or contractor payout is live on that partner today, only the flows we have actually shipped and that your workspace has connected.

Payers on those checkouts are also subject to the payment partner's terms. You remain responsible for refunds, tax, and disputes on your sales.

Not the same as BYOK

Connecting an AI key or a phone-carrier key does not process cards and does not replace connecting a payment partner.
