1. Program Description

CreatorRM (operated by CreatorRM Tech, LLC) sends SMS/text messages only to numbers whose owner has affirmatively opted in through one of two forms: our signup form (account and booking notifications) or our affiliate application (affiliate-program updates). We do not currently offer a general marketing SMS program, and opting in does not enroll you in one.

2. What You’re Agreeing To

The exact consent text is shown at the point you opt in, and is the same text stored on your record. It does not change after the fact. As of this page’s last update:

Signup form: “I agree to receive SMS/text messages from CreatorRM at the mobile number I provided, including account and booking notifications. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Affiliate application: “(Optional) I agree to receive SMS/text messages from CreatorRM about my affiliate application and program updates at the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of applying.”

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, or of applying to the affiliate program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, bookings, or affiliate-application status.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CreatorRM does not charge you for the text messages themselves.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending SMS to that number. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed.

6. Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@creatorrm.com.

7. Privacy

Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS, including your consent, are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this data only with the messaging providers strictly needed to deliver your messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Carriers & Liability

The program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
