Program Description

The CreatorRM SMS program is operated by Your Friends in Business LLC ("CreatorRM", "we", "our"). By enrolling, you agree to receive recurring, non-marketing transactional text messages from CreatorRM sent via an automated system, including: account alerts, meeting reminders, voicemail notifications, task updates, and one-time verification codes.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during signup at https://creatorrm.com/signup. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected and is not a condition of purchase or service enrollment. You may also opt in by replying START or YES to any CreatorRM text message.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typical accounts receive 1–10 messages per week. You will never receive marketing or promotional SMS under this program — only transactional messages tied to actions you take in your CreatorRM workspace.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent or received. CreatorRM is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any CreatorRM text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further SMS from CreatorRM unless you opt in again.

You may also revoke consent by updating communication preferences in your workspace account settings or by emailing support@creatorrm.com.

Supported Carriers

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Google Voice, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information you submit is governed by our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers and mobile opt-in data are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes, and are used solely to deliver the transactional messages you have opted in to receive.
