Last updated: September 30, 2026
CreatorRM hosts content that our customers publish: websites, blog posts, shared files and client portals. We respect copyright and respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). This page explains how to send a notice, how to respond to one, and what happens to accounts that infringe repeatedly.
1. Designated Copyright Agent
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent

8400 W Sunset Road, Las Vegas, NV 89113
Email: legal@creatorrm.com
Phone: (702) 576-9399
This address is for copyright matters only. Other requests sent here will not get a response.
2. Reporting infringement
Your notice must be in writing and include all of the following (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed (or a representative list if there are several).
- Identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to find it, ideally the exact URL(s).
- Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
When we receive a complete notice we act promptly to remove or disable access to the material, and we notify the customer who posted it. Incomplete notices may not be actioned. If you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing, you may be liable for damages (17 U.S.C. §512(f)).
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the agent above that includes (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which CreatorRM Tech, LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless they tell us they have filed a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.
4. Repeat infringers
We keep a record of every notice we act on. In appropriate circumstances we suspend or terminate the accounts and workspaces of customers who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.
5. Content on customer websites
Websites built on CreatorRM (including custom domains) are published by our customers. Send notices about them to the agent above with the page URL; you do not need to identify the customer.
